Hmmm ...

I must be missing something because that is what I have and the phone
Fails to register.  By username, is it the numeric alias or the same
username I use to log into serweb with? And is it username at iptel.org?

You need only three things: your user (as user and authenticating user),
your password and the domain (put there "iptel.org" wherever you are
asked about proxy or domain). That's it.

PS. You might want to use "stun.iptel.org" for nat traversal, but SER is
smart enough to start without that.
