[Serusers] openser error with resolve IP and Address already in use

You've got another process bind to the local address. To find out which one,
use lsof or netstat together with grep in order to find out which process is
using the port 5060. Depending on the services file, instead of 5060 you may
see sip instead of the numeric value.

#netstat -a | grep localhost
or
#netstat -a | grep 127.0.0.1
or
#lsof | grep localhost
or
#lsof # grep 127.0.0.1


After that, stop the process and restart SER.
