[Serusers] SER to OpenSER

Hi,
         I decided to go with Openser 1.0 since I got it work. So now 
I'm doing fine. Just small adjustment on my ser.cfg replaced break 
with return and just populated my openser database with the data of 
that of may ser installation and all features are now working.
