[Serusers] How to start a VOIP business ?

Boils down to Asterisk+SER I guess.
You can use asterisk as a voicemail server+media
server+CDR and SER as a SIP router. (connection to
PSTN/termination gateway?)
Asteriskathome provides most software bundled. worth
giving a try.
