[Serusers] SER to OpenSER

Hi Greger,
I haven't tried the CVS version of SER but I tried both
0.9.6 and 0.9.4 but compilation of LCR failed. LCR in CVS should be
compatible for earlier versions of SER? BTW how can I download CVS
version of ser in tar archive?

Thanks,
Ryan
