How about some sort of Voicemail? You can think on a predefined message to
only register the caller number, or the hole Voicemail mechanism for voice
messages... than a predefined message (or e-mail) to tell the 'off-line'
user that someone has called.

Hi,

Is there a way to log missed calls for offline users and then inform the
user when the user is online ?
For offline messages it can be done with msilo module, but what about
offline missed calls ?
