[Serusers] How to guestimate video Nominal Ethernet Bandwdith.

Hi All
     They are lots of links for estimating the NEB (Nominal Ethernet
Bandwdith) for various voice codecs:

However I'm finding it hard to find papers about how to calculate NEB
for video codecs like  H.263. Any hints?
