[Users] Using subst() of Textops module

Hi Leonid,

that wasn't a mistake - "t" si short format to "To". "\u" is a marker 
for current RURI - is not a pseudo variable, it's something strictly 
related to subst ops. Unfortunately this is not highly documented.
