The current development version of OpenSER can be download using the 
following command:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at openser.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/openser co 
sip-server


The OpenSER web site has an entire page devoted to downloading the code at:

http://openser.org/download.php
