[Users] RTPPRXY or MEDIA Proxy

Hi all

i was reading the documentation

just i was confused to use Media proxy or rtp proxy

when i run openser its using default rtpproxy

what is the difference between then

what is the nest to use for NAT Clients.

suggestion will be appriciated.
