[Users] Auth and Auth-int in openser

Hi,

right now only "qop=auth" is advertised as being known by the server.  
Though there is some support in auth_db, auth_radius of checking 
responses from client with "qop=auth-int", I have not tested it. If you 
want to try it, attached you have a small patch to let the server 
advertise "qop=auth,auth-int". Please let me know if it works in your 
case and I will commit, I have no client around with auth-int support.
