[Serusers] error configuration file

make sure acc.so is loaded before certain modules (dont remember which
ones exactly, but plz check the acc.so README file for dependencies).
it may also be that when you were downgrading back to 0.8.x, acc.so
was not removed properly. othrwise, i have no more ideas.
