[Serusers] SER Presence Snapshot and eyeBeam 1.5.7 - Presence Notes are not working

Hi,
the reason is that eyeBeam 1.5 doesn't use PIDF notes for publishing
such additional status info, but it uses RPID. SER doesn't support RPID
now, but it will (don't know when ;-)).
