[Serusers] Termination from SER to Asterisk

We have customers using OSP to manage VoIP peering between SER and Asterisk
and other VoIP devices. You can download a free OSP server from
http://www.transnexus.com/OSP%20Toolkit/Peering_Server/VoIP_Peering_Server.h
tm. There are also two open source OSP server projects at
www.sipfoundry.org/OSP.
