[Users] SIP Message

I have thought about this for supporting CNAM lookups. (Our carrier
doesn't supply callerid names to us.) I've been thinking of using a
b2bua, and sending INVITE/Replaces. Problem is, I need to get Asterisk
to send the update through to a phone. :-(
