never used media proxy, but from the error I guess that you do not have 
python installed on your system. Alternative solution to NAT traversal 
is nathelper and rtpproxy. See http://voip-info.org/wiki/view/OpenSER, 
the section about OpenSER and NAT, some basic config files are posted there.
