[Serusers] no SRV query after rewriting R-URI?

Server: Sip EXpress router (0.8.12 (i86pc/solaris))

when endpoint sends 18005551212 at sip.acme.com, SER
(without rewriting of R-URI, looks it up with SRV

How can I get SER to consistently do SRV lookup after
rewriting of R-URI?
