[Serusers] Billing - Call Forward

Has anyone successfully been able to set the "From"-field to the
original "To"-field after changing the r-uri to the forwarded
destination?
 
A calls B which forwards to C
 
Currently A is billed because that's the callerID that goes through.
I want to bill B.
