[Users] 500 command 'domain_dump' not available

I have checked the sources and the fifo commands are enabled only when 
db_mode parameter is set to 1 (caching mode). Otherwise when db_mode=0 
(default value) the module uses the database everytime, so  you can look 
into domain table to see the list of domains.
