The AVP_RADIUS README is probably the best you can get. I'm afraid you will 
have to modify the source to parse the cisco attribute. It shouldn't be 
hard, but default the module will just handle SIP-AVP, SIP-Rpid (note: 
phased out in head) and a few others .
