[Serusers] SER amd Minute Provider

Dear Jose Simoes,

Can you please tell me exactly how can we do it? I tried including thse lines

rewriteuserpass("username:password");
rewritehost("VOIP-CO2.TELIAX.COM");   					forward("VOIP-CO2.TELIAX.COM");

username and password are credentials provided by minute provider.

But it did not work. I tried some combinations also, please tell me how we can
do this?
