[Serusers] SER amd Minute Provider

I was hunting around for an answer to this one myself.

My minutes provider happens to require a (user:password at myprovider.com) 
format to be sent for authentication.

Can this also be accomplished in the rewrite??

Any examples would be greatly appreciated.
