[Serusers] Associate a # with a SIP client

lookup("aliases") and the aliases table will translate from the alias to 
the real name (address or record, canonical URI, ...).


   lookup("aliases");
   if (!lookup("location")) {
     sl_send_reply("404","Not found");
     break;
   }
