[Serusers] limiting no. of concurrent calls ?

I have a requirement, where i need to configure to set up a maximum no.
  of allowable concurrent calls .  If the number exceeds this, a busy signal
  is sent back ..
  
  Any insights/ suggesions appreciated ..
