[Serusers] scripts needed to gathering all SIP messages

The ONsip.org script package contains a set of scripts that will use ngrep 
to dump all SIP messages to logs (rotated every day) and a script called 
siplogs, which takes a regex as input.  If you log the callid to 
/var/log/messages using xlog, you can find the call-id for a call you are 
interested in and use 'siplogs call-id' to pull out a given call.
