[Serusers]Problem with AS5300 to SER

Hello :
This is my AS5300 DID(direct-inward-dial) configuration

I wanna call AS5300 to SER , 
I use "csim start [DID number]" command
but it show this error message:
csim err csimDisconnected recvd DISC cid(503)
csim: loop = 1, failed = 1
csim: call attempted = 1, setup failed = 1, tone failed = 0

and I use " show call history voice " command
I find that :
DisconnectText=bearer capability not authorized (57)

Do you see any other solution for this problem?
