[Serusers] "Round Robin outgoing calls"

Hi,

Is there a way with SER to forward calls which should go to PSTN to 
different gateways in a round robin fashion?

Also, is there a way to dynamically disable / enable gateways without 
restarting ser?

Your hints would be greatly appreciated.
