[Serusers] extcmd

Hi Jose,

I've also been trying to understand the extcmd module, but could not
find any docs.
It seems to allow some external program to use a pipe to send sip
requests through TM and receive requests dumped from the script.

Also, it looks like a nice way to build a B2BUA on top of SER...
