[Serusers] cannot find directory /src/sip_router/tools/serct

Hi,
this description is related to presence snapshot which is quite old
today. In current CVS is serctl separated into separate module. You can
obtain it by call:

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at cvs.berlios.de/cvsroot/ser checkout serctl
