[Serusers] Subscriber table columns phplib_id, domn & uuid usage

I thought the doc was posted long ago...but I have posted it now (a 
document describing the new SER Ottendorg DB structure from a 
developer's point of view. The upcoming SER Getting Started document 
will describe the database in simpler terms from a user perspective)
