[Users] Freeradius dictionary additions..

I've put this attribute into dictionary.openser:
ATTRIBUTE Digest-User-Password        1073  string

And to solve the problem of radiusclient library  I've
used the solution 10.1 of webpage's steps...including
/usr/local/lib into /etc/ld.so.conf...
