[Serusers] Problem in SERWEB configuration

Hi everybody
Need help from some one.New in SER Configuration......
I did configur SER and now want to configure SERWEB.i
download and install it. i access "index.php" in
browser and it states username and password.I
subscribe user name and password but it gives the
message Bad usersname or password.

what would be the problem.?
