Hello,
are you able to check content of your mysql tables? Check table 
admin_privileges if contain these records:

username | domain      | priv_name         | priv_value
-------------------------------------------------------
admin    | your.domain | is_admin          | 1
admin    | your.domain | change_privileges | 1
