[Serusers] No OK reply for REGISTER request ?

Thanks for the tip. It works - I received the 200 OK response for 
the REGISTER request.

However, I can't see the new user name from the serweb tool (User 
Management screen) Is there any visual way to see the new user 
either by serweb or serctl?
