[Serusers] SIP Express Router now is commercial????

   According to 3GPP architecture the SIP proxy function is placed
within the I-CSCF, P-CSCF and S-CSCF.  It appears likely that all will
actually implement some version of SIP+, where the + may amount to a
B2BUA.  I'd be surprised to see any of this is released as free software.
