[Serusers] BAD REQUEST from PSTN gateway

Hi,
	Until now my ser was working fine with pstn gateway and everything.
Then I added session timer code, then removed it. After that calls to pstn
are getting a 
BAD REQUEST by the gateway, as per the following ngrep output.

But from X-Ten phone, the calls are fine.
