[Serusers] 400 ul_add: flags expected

Hello to all.
My SER  is working fine, and I can use serctl to add users, but when I 
try to add aliases, the answer is this:

[root at gnugk sbin]# serctl alias add 118 sip:joao.pereira at fccn.pt
sip:joao.pereira at fccn.pt
400 ul_add: flags expected


and SER output says:
 1(31119) ERROR: fifo_server: command must begin with :: aliases
 1(31119) ERROR: fifo_server: command must begin with :: 
sip:joao.pereira at fccn.pt
 1(31119) ERROR: fifo_server: command must begin with :: 1.00

 
And the DB isnt receiving nothing.

And when I try to repeat the command:

[root at gnugk sbin]# serctl alias add 118 sip:joao.pereira at fccn.pt
sip:joao.pereira at fccn.pt
(the console freezes)

and I do ctrl^C and ps fax shows this:
[root at gnugk sbin]# ps fax
31757 pts/2    S      0:00 /bin/sh /usr/local/sbin/serctl alias add 118 
sip:joa
31758 pts/2    S      0:00 /bin/sh /usr/local/sbin/serctl alias add 118 
sip:joa

The DB still doesnt receive nothing.
I belieave that the problem is in the FIFO.
Did someone had this problem too?
How can I solve it?
