[Serusers] Serweb Click-to-dial Web-based application

Hello All,
 
Anyone implemented Click-to-dial Web-based application ?
Seems that you need a phone with REFER support but what phone and how to configure ? 
I've been trying pingtel softphone without success.

Any hint ?
