[Serusers] Compile problems on Mac OS X Tiger

Also, I get a lot of warnings like:

msg_translator.c: In function 'build_res_buf_from_sip_req':

Did you get those too?
Maybe that is a general issue, not a MacOSX specific (or gcc-4x)
