[Serusers] SEMS + SER howto

Guys,
       Anybody has a good and detailed SEMS+SER howto, could please 
share it with me. I'm making SEMS as a voicemail for SER. I'm having a 
hard time configuring it. Or if not SEMS + SER maybe Asterisk + SER.
