[Users] avp error

Hi Jayesh,

the problem is that you set the "avp_db" parameter (the db url), but you 
didn't set any "avp_table" value (the table name). See 
http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/0.10.x/avpops.html#AEN68

even if you use only schemes, you are still required to set that param......
