Hi Shiran,

I would say it's not a script problem since it works via UDP. Maybe more 
info about the TCP error will help. Do a tcpdump and see if the TCP 
connection is established, if the request is properly received/processed 
and if some reply is sent back. Also look for any errors in logs.
