[Serusers] Is there a way to do read through database in ser ?

Hi,
   I am using 2 ser servers and they both share a common database, so
they write the location  information to that database. but problem is
they don'read the information from database, is there a way to force
them to lookup the database, so that changes made by one are reflected
to other or atleast to refresh cache from database.
