[Serusers] Radius client connection to remote RADIUS server failure

Of course radius server can listen to remote radius client. I think one server could be connected to several clients. If you have tried all steps on http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/ser_radius/ser_radius.html, then there should be no problems.
