[Serusers] Does postgresql-8.0.4 compatible with ser-0.9.4?

Did you compile the postgres.so module yourself?  What's happening is that the postgres.so module you have relies on the libpq.so.4 which either isn't in your system or isn't in the lib path. 

Do a find on libpq.so.4 and see if you have it on your machine. Try recompiling the postgres.so module and watch for errors.
