[Serusers] forwarding a call to a phone number using SER

Hi All,
 
 
I want to impliment the call forwarding in my SER. 
 
Can anybody please send me a working ser.cfg   which forwards a call to any particular 
phone number.
 
I am very hopefull from your side.
