You get experimental just like sip_router from cvs:
http://www.iptel.org/ser/cvs/
set CVSROOT and then
cvs co -r rel_0_9_0 experimental
to get the 0.9.x experimental code and leave out -r rel_0_9_0 to get
experimental corresponding to SER head.
