[Serusers] SER & SIPSAK: SER registration limitations

Dear Ramin,
I've had the problem with it starting up with a large number of 
registrations in the past as well.
In config.h try changing
#define PKG_MEM_POOL_SIZE 1024*1024
to something like
#define PKG_MEM_POOL_SIZE 1024*1024*512
