[Serusers] Unable to stop SER: Need help

- Find the absolute path of the executable where ser is running from.
Usually it is /usr/local/sbin/ser.

          Whereis ser

- kilall path

This will not always work I have found...  I usually kill a child 
process  (kill -9 <child process pid>)  and that makes all the other SER 
processes end.
