Hi Serge,

assuming that the phones are ok, most probably the cause may be the lack 
of bandwidth or the delay on the net.
So try yo use a lighter codec (like G729, iLBC, GSM, etc)
For delay- there is not much to do....only try to remove the media 
relays on the path.
